The topping-out ceremony for the Ro70 residential project in Weimar took place on 13.04.2017. An integrative multi-generational project with a rental area of around 7,400 m² for 200 residents is being built on the former hospital site for around €15 million. The redevelopment is being carried out in line with modern and ecological principles. The fact that the construction project will be an important part of this city is confirmed by the active participation of the city through the Mayor Peter Kleine and Dr. Kolb, Hedda Weise and Stephan Hempel from the Supervisory Board as well as the Board members Michael März and Tom Aures and the numerous new members of the cooperative.
