B.Sc. Environmental technology, internship from 02/24-07/24 

During my time at IPH Selzer Ingenieure GmbH, I had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the working methods of an innovative engineering firm. I was able to work on exciting projects, in particular the creation of energy reports and the development of transformation concepts. I was actively involved in the creation of customer-oriented solutions and was able to contribute to the optimization of energy systems through calculations and research. This practical experience not only expanded my technical knowledge, but also sharpened my skills in solving complex issues - perfect preparation for the challenges of the future.

B.Sc. Environmental technology, internship from 02/24-07/24 

During my internship, I was involved in various projects dealing with the analysis and optimization of energy systems in industrial and private buildings. My tasks included contributing to the creation of energy reports. I was not only able to expand my technical understanding, but also gain valuable insights into customer communication and project coordination.

The wide range of projects in which the company is involved is particularly impressive. From industrial networks to climate protection and energy concepts for municipalities and administrative communities. The corporate culture is characterized by a high level of experience, motivation and teamwork. My activities included supporting the analysis of processes that could potentially cause emissions. I researched, collected and analyzed data to create a comprehensive overview of current emission sources. This information was important in order to develop economically realistic measures to reduce emissions in a targeted manner.

In addition, I had the opportunity to attend meetings where innovative approaches, technologies for CO2 reduction and ways to save costs were discussed. These discussions helped to deepen my understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the area of sustainable production in line with economic efficiency. I found the on-site meetings at the plants particularly interesting.

My internship at IPH Selzer Ingenieure GmbH was an extremely rewarding experience that gave me a comprehensive insight into the field of technical building services and the world of management consultancy. During my time at IPH, I was not only able to participate in a wide range of projects and tasks, but also to acquire valuable skills in the areas of sales, project management and the development and design of systems.

The intensive cooperation with IPH and the industry made me realize the importance of sustainable solutions. The challenge of combining CO2 neutrality and cost efficiency requires a deep understanding of processes, innovative approaches and close cooperation between different departments.

IPH Selzer Ingenieure GmbH showed itself to be a company that not only strives for technical excellence, but also places the highest value on interpersonal relationships and strategic customer relationship management. Working with industry highlighted how important long-lasting customer relationships are to business success and how effective presentation of solutions can strengthen customer loyalty. 

My internship at IPH Selzer Ingenieure GmbH has had a significant impact on my professional development. The knowledge, skills and insights I have gained are invaluable for my future career in the field of technical building services and management consultancy. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of this dynamic company and to contribute to shaping a sustainable and efficient future.
