Brief portrait
Poligrat is an electroplating and stainless steel pickling plant. In 2005, we were commissioned to redesign the existing ventilation system without interrupting production. The supply air system, consisting of 5 supply air units, was completely dismantled. The new system was designed with 2 new central supply air units. One of the two units supplies the immersion bath area with approx. 35,000 m³/h, while the other supplies the wiping area with approx. 25,000 m³/h. The complete duct system for air distribution was renewed. A large part of the existing heating distribution system was replaced and re-laid as part of this measure.
