  • 2 apartments over 2 floors 2 x 145 m²
  • 2 apartments over 3 floors 2 x 149 m²

Designed as a passive house

Compact design, orientation of the building with the main window areas facing south, annual heating requirement 12 or 14 kWh/m² living space, highly insulated outer shell, airtightness with blower door test, thermal bridge-free detail design.

Heavy core construction:

Concrete and limestone (gross density 2.2) store energy, compensate for day and night fluctuations and provide the necessary sound insulation. Ventilation and extraction via 2 central ventilation systems with heat recovery for 4 houses. Supported by an air/earth heat exchanger that preheats the air via the ground in winter and cools it in summer. Solar collectors for water heating, high storage capacity (2 x 800 l), rainwater harvesting for garden irrigation (8.2 m³ cistern), main roof area designed as a green roof.
