Brief portrait

The new construction and extension of the office and laboratory building, including a test hall, was built on the grounds of the Bauhaus University Weimar in Coudraystraße. The building is used by the Materials Research and Testing Institute Thuringia (MFPA) and the Bauhaus University Weimar (BUW). The building is divided into two main functional areas: 1st area: laboratories, including storage rooms and other technologies (including processing halls), 2nd area: office, administration and conference area. The two main functional areas are spatially separated in separate parts of the building (laboratory building with ancillary hall and test hall, office building with conference room).
