The new headquarters of Stadtwerke Weimar was completed in October 2005. SWW is an integrated company. On the one hand for the supply of electricity, gas and heat. On the other hand for transportation, waste disposal and sports facilities. A former 5-storey building was extended by a “glass extension” and a connector, which is used as a communication and meeting center. The former sports hall was converted into a new customer center. The heating and cooling of the customer center was realized via 3 heat pump systems.
