Under the management of DGAG Shopping Immobilien GmbH, a company of Pirelli & C. Real Estate Deutschland GmbH, two commercial buildings with a total investment volume of around €30 million have been built in the center of Constance. Both projects were realized on behalf of the Hamburg-based B&L-Immobiliengruppe; the construction work was awarded to Ed. Züblin AG, Stuttgart directorate/complete construction and the Friedrichshafen/Singen division. In Bodanstraße 20 - 26, retail space of approx. 7,000 m² and general space of approx. 3,000 m² were built on a total area of over 10,000 m² and over four levels. Approx. 70 parking spaces are available on the 3rd floor. The main tenants are C&A on 2,700 m² and Deichmann on 1,000 m², as well as Edeka on 1,700 m² and the restaurant IL Bocone on 1,050 m². The commercial building at Rosgartenstrasse 27, with stores and doctors' surgeries, has a total area of 1,970 sqm over three floors.
