Climate in Offenbach

IPH 2014 was commissioned as part of the climate protection initiative for the city of Offenbach as professional energy consultant for 17 companies in the industrial area Mühlhäuser Street for on-site consulting. This included a visit to the company (building fabric, building services, industrial engineering), the demonstration of certain options to reduce operating costs, information on current funding opportunities, and the creation of personal short reports.

Alone in the field of cross-cutting technologies following energy savings were uncovered:

Lighting: up to 70% | Heat supply: to 30% | Ventilation systems: up to 25%
