Brief portrait
On the historical-landmark-listed site of the former brewery with brewhouse and ice cellar in Leipzig Mitte, 12 new multi-storey residential buildings and 6 commercial units have been built. Remains of the old brewery were dismantled and demolished. Two underground garages with 201 parking spaces were built. The buildings were constructed in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance EnEV 2014 and in compliance with the EWärmeG.
